Closing date is 8 March 2010.

• Categories: 1. SIM (at least 1 Female on Court at all times) 2. OPEN


• Registration Fees: 1. SIM Category $30 per team 2. OPEN Category $40 per team


• All registration fees are non refundable


• Cheque payment must be made to “Singapore Institute of Management Pte Ltd”


• Each registered team member to receive a SIM Goodie Bag


• Players below 21 years old must attach the Parent/ Guardian Indemnity Form to complete registration


• Incomplete registration will result in disqualification of player


• All participants must ensure their own safety during the whole event. The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages or whatsoever, resulting from injury where fatal or otherwise, of any participant or for damages to or loss of such person’s property


• The Organizer has the right to amend or change the details of the event without providing prior notices
